It sounds like actually they're mocking her. Definition - tease or laugh at in a scornful or contemptuous manner. All they're missing is a ha-ha or middle finger at the end. The most likely outcome of someone like Warren being involved in any anti-trust regulation, is lawmakers actually committed to anti-trust regulation being attacked, undermined, and excluded.
Surely her little 'hot mic' performance art stunt with Sanders during the debate hasn't been forgotten so quickly.
