As soon as he's not president he loses those protections and gets banned just like anybody else spreading dangerous lies.

    e.g. what his followers call the "Deep State". Pretty quick actually. He'll fall in line behind the GOP to keep the money flowing in (and because if he doesn't they'll let the AGs prosecute him).
