Groklaw Reader writes "After Microsoft's attempts to buy the Swedish vote on OOXML came to light, SIS declared its own vote invalid. SIS has therefore changed its vote from yes to abstain in a bid to restore their integrity after Microsoft's ballot stuffing. Apparently, not everyone can be bought."
