Great law, bad headline (Score:2)
This sounds like the kind of law we need everywhere.
If google wants to buy good will, then let them really give away the product to schools. This pay-with-your-privacy model ain't free, it just puts the the debt on a different balance sheet - and it is no fair for a school to mandate that children carry that debt.
