tekgoblin writes "A Florida based company called Operating Systems Solutions (OSS) has filed a lawsuit against Apple claiming patent infringement. Apparently they are saying saying the Apple’s new MAC OS X fast-boot feature that many new and past customers of Mac have started to fall in love with is infringing on one of its patents."
