Nemesisghost writes "Obama is asking Congress to not change the law that gives law enforcement access to your emails stored in the cloud that are older than 6 months. Google, AOL, AT&T and other companies are urging a change in the law(Electronic Communications Privacy Act) pass in 1986 to reflect the change in technology."

  • "Obama wants?" when I read that headline I imagined a redneck stereotype at a Tea Party rally saying it.

  • Any person with three living brain cells KNOWS the 4th amendment is there to protect communications as well as property. What Obama and the Justice department wants should be irrelevant.

    The Obama administration and its predecessor regard Constitutional protections as annoyances that must be constantly chipped away at.
